I originally come from professional basketball – a world where no top athlete succeeds without an agent. An agent ensures that the athlete knows their strengths, develops them strategically, becomes visible, and takes on the right role on the playing field.

Throughout my professional career – from professional sports through executive positions in the finance and investment industry to my current work as a career consultant and coach – I have repeatedly asked myself: Why is there no agent in the business world who does the same for professionals and executives?

Because unlike professional sports, traditional headhunters act on behalf of companies. Their job is to fill positions – not to strategically accompany, develop, or make people specifically visible on their career path.

This is exactly where I come in.
